Description
Discover the power of journaling through mindfulness and poetry! Based on Julia Cameron’s popular book The Artist’s Way, participants respond to a variety of open-ended questions, writing prompts, and loving-kindness techniques as they heal through self-discovery and compassion. Includes poetry and memoir critique.
