Description
If you're tired of boring workouts, this class is for you! Learn the art of hooping in a supportive, no-pressure environment where you'll forget you're even working out. Get lost in the flow as you master exciting hoop tricks. Burn calories, build strength, and improve coordination and flexibility - all while having a blast and flowing to the beat of the music. No experience or equipment needed; hoops provided! Come discover the joy of hooping! (Comfortable clothing recommended - nothing too loose, cumbersome, or baggy).
