A deeply restorative yoga practice designed to nurture both body and mind. These extended 90-minute candlelit classes invite you to slow down and fully relax through restorative postures and soothing guided meditations. The soft glow of candlelight creates a calming space to unwind, release stress, and recharge as the days grow darker. With an emphasis on self-care and nervous system restoration, this class is perfect for all levels and offers an ideal opportunity to pause, reset, and restore. Wear something extra comfy and cozy!

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket (two if possible), and any other props you’d like for comfort—such as blocks, a pillow, or an eye mask.
