Description

Suited for seniors as well as those wanting a gentler approach to yoga. Covers gentle stretches in seated poses, standing or laying down on back or belly. Sometimes chairs are used, or the wall. Much focus on breathing, adapting, adjusting, and accommodating are encouraged.
