Description

Stay in supported gentle yoga positions for 5-10 minutes with aids (blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps and lavender-filled eye pillows) to release stress, tension, and physical issues. Chairs are used for some poses and are always available. Please arrive early to collect your materials and to get settled.
Materials: The center has mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters (limited) and straps, but feel free to bring your own.
