Description
Join our 1 hour barefoot therapeutic class to energize and balance your body through rehabilitative exercises, self-massage, primal movements, qigong, reflexology, and breath work. Learn techniques for ongoing healing, beneficial for all, especially those with aches, pains, sleep issues, or blockages.
