Description

Get your garden off to a strong start with this beginner-friendly, hands-on class focused on growing your own plants from seed. You'll learn how to select and start both flower and vegetable seeds, plant and transplant seedlings, and explore the basics of bulbs and corms.
We'll cover key topics like soil types, soil blocking, lighting, watering, fertilizing, and how to prepare your plants for life outdoors. You'll also have the chance to get your hands dirty and take home the plants you start in class.
A Q&A session will give everyone the opportunity to share experiences and ask questions.
Leave with the confidence, skills, and starter plants to kick off your gardening journey!
