Course Overview
This 3-part series introduces participants to the foundational principles of Japanese Ikebana, taught by acclaimed Lake Oswego artist Diane Dixon. Each class will explore a specific aspect of Ikebana while encouraging hands-on creativity, mindfulness, and artistic expression.
The course includes:
• A handmade ceramic ikebana vase
• A flower frog (kenzan)
• A curated selection of seasonal flowers and greenery
• In-depth instruction from Diane Dixon, including demonstration and individual feedback
No prior floral design experience is needed — just curiosity and creativity.
