Description
A practice filled with balance, flexibility and strength using light weights and bands! We use wireless noise-canceling headphones so you can tune into what the instructor is saying and tune out of any distractions. And the music is designed to inspire and bring joy to your experience! You will walk away feeling inspired and cleansed.
