Description

Note: Time and Dates change for this Class Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30PM- 7:30 PM. Simple balance and flexibility are introduced as well as "movement flow" with muscle group transition. Strength, balance, range of motion, and core strength will be stressed. There will be a 15 minute relaxation at the end of the exercise. Bring your own yoga mat.
