Painted rocks - a Lakeside tradition. Learn how to paint rocks during this session and you'll be introduced to Diane Alber's book "Scribble Stones." It is up to you how you decorate your rocks, using patterns, sayings, designs or creatures. Your imagination can go wild. You can create rocks for day and night using acrylic paint pens and glow-in-the-dark paint. This new series is presented by the Mazza Museum at the University of Findlay. There will be different presenters for each session, and it is geared to individuals K-Adult. Mazza Museum is the world's largest collection of original artwork by children's book illustrators. The Museum's goal is to promote literacy and enrich the lives of all people through the art of picture books. No pre-registration is required. This program is included with your Lakeside Chautauqua Gate Pass.
