Let the Rhein Center help you get ready for the July 4th Parade and Bike Parade! No need to run to the store to buy supplies; instead, for $5, you can decorate your bike and decorate yourself at the Rhein Center! Join Artist-in-Residence Linda Zolten-Wood as she helps you express your inner Uncle Sam for Lakeside's 4th of July Parade. Fun for ALL AGES! You'll transform cast off plastics, cardboard, and more into patriotic pride. Choose from a variety of projects including elaborate hats, flipflops, t-shirts, posters, shakers and streamers. We have some flipflops but we encourage you to bring your own to assure the right size. T-shirts are available for an extra $5. Or bring an old T-shirt you already have. The Rhein Center will supply the scissors, markers, paints, glue, tape and more. And last, but never least, bring your bike with you to deck it out for Lakeside's Annual Bike Parade.
