Can you hear the water hitting the shore? Can you feel the wind as it blows past? Create a kinetic piece of art using balance and symmetry that allows you to use sound and motion to represent the water, beach and wind. During this program, we'll introduce you to the book "Hum and Swish" by Matt Myers and create mobiles using glass and wooden beads, shells, wire and driftwood. This new series is presented by the Mazza Museum at the University of Findlay. There will be different presenters for each session, and it is geared to individuals K-Adult. Mazza Museum is the world's largest collection of original artwork by children's book illustrators. The Museum's goal is to promote literacy and enrich the lives of all people through the art of picture books. No pre-registration is required. This program is included with your Lakeside Chautauqua Gate Pass.
