Step into the silent magic of The Typewriter by Bill Thomson, where a few typed words unleash whole new realities. Inspired by this wordless tale of creativity and surprise, we’ll use bubble wrap and paint to create textured, colorful beehives buzzing with life. With a few presses and prints, our paper will transform into honeycomb patterns—perfect for adding bees, flowers, and your own imaginative touches. Just like the kids in the story, you’ll discover how simple things can spark big adventures. This series is presented by the Mazza Museum at the University of Findlay. There will be different presenters for each session, and it is geared to individuals K-Adult. Mazza Museum is the world's largest collection of original artwork by children's book illustrators. The Museum's goal is to promote literacy and enrich the lives of all people through the art of picture books. No pre-registration is required. This program is included with your Lakeside Chautauqua Gate Pass.
