CANCELLATION POLICY AND PROCEDURE In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, you will be notified via e-mail by the Waterfront Rental Center by 4p.m. on the day of the ride. Boat rides will be rescheduled for the following day, weather permitting. You may request a full refund at that time if you are not available for the rescheduled time.
