A Christian alternative to yoga, featuring a series of stretching and strength-building postures, each linked to a specific Scripture meditation verse. Transform your workout to not only build strength, flexibility, and balance, but to be "transformed by the renewing of your mind" on the Word of God (Romans 12:2), nourishing your spirit and praising the Lord through His Word as you move. Mats will be available to borrow, or you may bring your own. If desired, you may also bring the following optional equipment: blocks, strap/belt/towel, pillow, blanket.
