The Nevada Real Estate Academy is proud to offer a Post-Licensing course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division that meets the educational requirements of NAC 645.4442 for first year licensees (Modules A-O). There are 10 sessions required for First year Licensees.
The goal of this course is to discuss land sales, the licensing and functions of a property management. Briefly discuss tax opportunities and liabilities in which client would be better advised to consult an accountant, attorney, or other expert.
