4 Hours POST Credit Session 3 / Module A - Real Estate Contracts
The Nevada Real Estate Academy is proud to offer a Post-Licensing course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division that meets the educational requirements of NAC 645.4442 for first year licensees (Modules A-O). There are 10 sessions required for First year Licensees.
The goal for this session is to provide an overview of the type of contracts licensee will encounter, demonstrate the steps in qualifying prospects, and writing and presenting offers and counter offers.
