Description

Join us for Your Mind Matters: Cognitive Screenings & Trualta Caregiver Training; a free community event focused on promoting brain health. Participants will receive free cognitive screenings and a hands-on tutorial of the Trualta e-learning portal. An empowering resource filled with tools, tips and training to support lifelong wellness for individuals and their loved ones, including caregivers.
