Join Sarah and Madison for Community Hatha Yoga. All abilities and levels welcome! Classes focus on using breathing and gentle movement to improve strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. Class is FREE to seniors 60+. Seniors are encouraged to register for the full session. Daily attendance is not required to register. Drop-in visitors must pay in person. The drop-in fee is $6.00. Punch cards are available for purchase, 10 punches for $45 or 20 punches for $75.
