This intergenerational class will give children, teens, and adults alike the chance to work individually or collaboratively with ceramics - perfect for a family to be creative together! Participants can create imaginative creatures of clay, having fun while learning fundamentals of the ceramics and studio responsibilities. Handbuilding in ceramics allows students to easily experiment with different clay bodies, glazes, and ceramic tools. This class is open to all ages (grades 1+), but is not a drop-off program for students grade 5 and under (requiring an Adult Caregiver to register in addition). All experience levels are welcome. All students are asked to review the 2025-26 ceramics studio guidelines (provided upon registration) ahead of their first class in the space.
