This class gives younger students a chance to experiment with squishing, rolling, and pounding out clay into fun and functional ceramic pieces. Through the introduction of basic handbuilding methods, students will learn the value of expressing creativity through 3D artmaking, while developing fine motor skills and establishing pottery clean-up habits. An apron/smock is not required but good for clean-up. All experience levels are welcome. All students are asked to review the 2025-26 ceramics studio guidelines (provided upon registration) ahead of their first class in the space.
