Learn the fundamental skills for handmade ceramics through regular demonstrations and tailored projects. The pottery wheel will be the focus, with students creating complex, consistent forms, but can incorporate handbuilding for details. Students can develop their personal preference, style, and eye for detail. Feel free to explore sculptural and functional projects while practicing techniques. All experience levels are welcome, but ideal for those looking to build beyond foundational skills. All students are asked to review the 2024-25 ceramics studio guidelines (provided upon registration) ahead of their first class in the space.
