Build your core strength and increase your cardiovascular endurance with a workout in the deeper area of the pool. All major muscle groups will become stronger during this group fitness class. Flotation belts are provided for safety, and an accessible pool lift is open for entering the pool. Gender neutral accessible restrooms available next to the pool.
