Cardio and Strength Training all in one class! Make some waves during this group fitness class in the shallow end of the pool. Workouts include cardiovascular training, muscle toning, flexibility and coordination. Get stronger with a class designed to be easy on the joints. An accessible pool lift is open for entering the pool and gender-neutral accessible restrooms are available next to the pool.
