Learn about mushroom foraging, then take a hike to hunt for them. An experienced forager will teach the basics of fungi and unique features of identification while out in our open space. After the hike, enjoy a cooking demonstration on how to prepare wild mushrooms. Taste the results during an identification session of what you found with resources on local spots to find mushrooms.
