This introductory class is adapted from the Masters Swimming Adult-Learn-to-Swim program to help adults who never learned to swim build confidence and safety in and around the water. It is intended for someone with no swimming experience. We will work on addressing any fear participants have entering the water, learning to float, and begin some foundational techniques for moving through water. At the end of the course participants will have the skills needed to start learning core swim strokes.
