Description

The Firehouse Arts Center in Pleasanton brings historical characters to life during an afternoon matinee, complete with audience interactive Q & A session.Attendees will spend an afternoon with Chautauqua actor, Rebecca Jimerson, portraying "Empress of the Blues" singer Bessie Smith as she influenced famous artists such as Louis Armstrong and resonated through the very soul of America in the 1920s.
Doors open at 1:30.Show begins at 2:00.Check in with LARPD staff upon arrival at the Firehouse to receive your ticket.
