Floating Sound Bath with Coastal Verve Sound

Join Coastal Verve Sound for a serene evening under the stars and moon at the outdoor Robert Livermore Aquatic Center Pool.
You'll float-completely dry-on a comfortable air mattresss provided for you, while live healing sounds surrounds you. Crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, meditative flute, and more instruments, will guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness.
Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a blanket, eye pillow or neck pillow for extra coziness. No experience necessary-just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Can I bring my child? Children aged 13-17 require a parent or guardian's presence at this event, which requires lying still for an hour. Please ensure that you bring only those who are interested in this event and feel comfortable in such an environment.
Will I get wet? You will remain dry on your float the entire time. Although you will not be in the water we do ask that you sign a waiver stating you have basic water skills in the pool.
What can I expect? You'll be set on a float on the water, immersed in a watery soundscape that reflects the environment you're in. Throughout your experience, you'll also hear deep meditative sounds created by Lara guiding you into a state of meditation while surrounded by water.
This pool is outdoors - This event is outdoors. Please dress comfortably and bring layers. People often wear yoga pants or sweats with sweatshirts.
Agenda7:15pm-7:30pm - Loading onto your personal water float and embarking on your journey.
7:30pm-8:30pm - Be immersed in water movements, sound, and sound healing.
8:30pm-8:45pm - Unload your personal water float and enjoy the rest of your evening in the calm.
