Description
Ravenswood Progress League docents will be presenting the history of the Ravenswood Historic Site, once named the Jewel of Historic Livermore.
The complimentary presentation will include known facts and interesting stories involving (1) Christopher Buckley, Sr and his family, (2) the cottage and its furnishings, and (3) current and past use of the Main House and Carriage Barn.
We will split into 3 groups to tour the main house, the cottage, and the beautifully landscaped grounds. Everyone is invited to visit the newly furnished gift shop.
After the tours, head over to Country Waffles at 1803 Holmes Street (to sit as a group) and enjoy your choice of brunch or lunch, hosted by LARPD!
Good time, good food, and great new friends to meet!
