Chair Yoga to Vinyasa Flow:
This Yoga class starts off with chair yoga then continues to gentle Vinyasa flow. This class is for someone who is active, not a competitive athlete. If you play golf, bike or hike this class is a great addition to your active lifestyle. We all need to stay flexible and build strength in our backs and abdomen. We also must maintain balance as it is important to be able to catch ourselves in a fall, getting up and down from a chair or in and out of a car. Also, by staying active this helps the individual to continue to perform daily activities. This class uses straps and blocks. A mat is recommended. Comfortable clothing is also recommended.
