Students will learn about planting, harvesting, and worm composting, and will be able to cook and eat some of their own produce. We will host a Garden Party for club parents at Middle Campus where students experience preparing and serving food at their salad cafe . Garden-related arts and crafts activities, such as building birdhouses and decorating pots, will also be part of the curriculum. Service activities, such as making floral gifts for seniors or donating to a food bank, will be offered. Club Director: Susie Danzig
