The Adult Level 2 program is designed for participants who understand the basics of sculling and boat handling. While coaching will be provided, participants should feel comfortable rowing with some independence in training/tubby singles or racing team boats (doubles/ quads). As opposed to learn-to-row, there will be more of an emphasis on continuous rowing and fitness.
