This 5K race continues the tradition started in 1989
commemorating the history of the Highview/
Frogtown area of Jefferson County, KY. With the
heightened awareness of the benefits of the Crusade
for Children, the Firefighters and EMS personnel of
Highview, and Miss Kate Nason have turned this event
into an extension of their desire to help the
community.

Event details and schedule

Day of race schedule is as follows: packet pickup and registration from 7:00am-7:45am. Race starts at 8:00am. Parking info: Participants may park in the back lot at the firehouse and in the neighboring shopping centers next to and across from the firehouse. DO NOT PARK ON THE START/FINISH ROAD.

All runners will receive a short sleeved T-shirt, official times, and placement within award categories. Walkers will be non-competitive and will also receive a short sleeved T-shirt.

Awards and door prizes will be presented after the last runner finishes.
