Join us for a high-energy day of movement, wellness, and community at the Lubbock Fit & Fun Festival! This free, family-friendly event is packed with fitness activities, games, and health resources for all ages. Whether you’re looking to compete, play, or just stay active, there’s something for everyone across Rodgers Park and Gym.
Event HighlightsFestival Kickoff (10:00–11:00 AM):
Rodgers Gym: Knock Out Competition (Layup + Shot Version)
Main Lawn: Soccer Kick, Football Toss, Axe/dart throwing, and Continuous Obstacle Course (features two sections for different age groups and ability levels)
Wellness Village: Vendor booths open – explore health, wellness, and fitness resources
Mid-Morning Movement (11:00 AM–12:00 PM):
