Stretch and Strength Class
Offered every Wednesday, 9:45 AM - 10:30 AM
@ Maxey Community Center
Join us for a dynamic workout designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall wellness! This class combines stretching and strengthening exercises to enhance muscle tone, mobility, and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels, our instructor will guide you through a series of movements that help release tension and build strength in a supportive, community-focused environment.
