Zumba Step (Thursday Night 6:00pm Classes)
Zumba Step combines the fun of Zumba with the toning and strengthening benefits of step aerobics, using an elevated platform for stepping routines, and it's great for boosting cardio, burning calories, and strengthening legs, glutes, and core.
