About this event

Description

This program occurs while the gym is closed to the public and is geared towards those who are new to the gym or people looking to build a basic and balanced workout program. In this small group fitness class with a certified personal trainer and an empty gym, learn how to use the equipment safely and get a total body workout through cardio training, resistance training, and mobility exercises. Leave this program with your own personalized workouts for all areas of the body and the confidence to do them safely!


This is a multi-week session with an option to attend on Tuesday and/or Thursday. Register in concurrent classes and save 10% on the 2nd class!
