The focus in Dynamic Mobility is to explore your range of motion through a variety of movement patterns. Participants will primarily be using their body weight to challenge their strength and coordination. This class involves frequent transitions from the floor to standing and will be weight bearing on hands and knees. Appropriate for moderately and highly active people. Participants in this class must be independent and medically stable.
