About this event
Description
Whether you are new to exercise or interested in improving your overall movement quality, this class offers a balanced approach to exercise where you will gradually increase your fitness capacity. Simple Strength focuses on basic strength training exercises while both seated and standing. This class offers a great workout without the added impact to joints. Exercises are adaptable for a variety of fitness levels. Equipment will include a chair, resistance bands, and weights.Participants must be independent, and medically stable. By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
