The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for a beachy end of summer celebration! We will be enjoying a beach party menu full of the great end of summer produce.
We will be making:

• Coastal Salmon Tacos: Learn how to make this fresh and vibrant version of fish tacos with roasted salmon and a zesty red cabbage slaw.
• Watermelon & Tomato Salad: Turn your late summer produce into this juicy, flavorful side.
• Stone Fruit Crostata: Enjoy a fresh and fruity dessert made with seasonal stone fruit and a thin, crisp whole wheat crust.
• Cucumber Agua Fresca: This satisfying savory mocktail provides the perfect sipper to keep you hydrated while cooking.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.

Register by Wednesday, August 20th.
