The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for a self-care inspired cooking class with a cozy fall theme! We will be unwinding from the busy summer vacation and back-to-school seasons with a lineup of spa-like recipes that will prepare us for cooler fall weather.
We will be making:

• Harvest Grain Bowls: Learn how to make this seasonal grain bowl loaded with fall flavors including roasted Brussels sprouts, an apple slaw, and a cider vinegar dressing. A perfect addition to any meal prep recipe collection!
• Infused Spa Water: Stay hydrated while cooking with a refreshing spa water that can be customized based on season and your favorite ingredients.
• Berry Smoothie Bowl Bar: Enjoy a fruity, interactive dessert bar to end your meal. Made with a velvety blend of berries and protein packed Greek yogurt, and topping choices like crunchy almonds and a sprinkle of coconut.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.
