The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for a brunch-for-dinner cooking class with recipes you can make throughout the season! We will be enjoying a sweet and savory menu of nutritious brunch classics.
We will be making:

• Juicy Mocktail Mimosa Bar: Enjoy a nonalcoholic version of this brunch favorite, complete with a variety of flavors to choose from like classic orange and refreshing tart cherry.
• Savory Spinach & Feta Baked Frittata: Learn how to make this fluffy and flavorful egg bake that can be made for two or scaled up for a crowd.
• Delicate Oat Pancakes with Sweet & Tangy Fruit Sauce: Add whole grains to your meal with these tender oat pancakes topped with a lightly sweetened fruit sauce that can be customized to the season.
• Quick Homemade Granola: Make your own blend of granola for topping your pancakes! Attendees will also take home some granola for adding to yogurt or snacking.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.
