The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for this early summer Date Night class! Together we will be enjoying Tuscan-style cuisine through hands-on pasta making.
We will be making:

• Homemade Pici all'Aglione (Pici with 'Kissing' Garlic): Learn how to make a classic Tuscan pasta shape from scratch! Then complete your dish with a simple, summery tomato-garlic sauce.
• Lemon Italian Ice: Cool off on a summer night with this refreshingly zesty dessert.
• Spritz Mocktail: This non-alcoholic twist on an Italian favorite provides the perfect sipper to keep you hydrated while cooking.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.
