The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!Cooking class detail:
Looking for simple, flavorful grilling recipes? Join Chef Taylor Johnson in the Learning Kitchen for this hands-on class where we'll be making a plant-forward meal on the grill!
What We'll Be Cooking:
- Perfectly Charred Tofu or Chicken (choose one during registration) & Veggie Kabobs: Learn how to make juicy marinated kabobs (with or without chicken), skewered alongside fresh seasonal veggies.
- Tender Grilled Polenta: Turn a cornmeal classic into a fun, smoky side.
- Herbaceous Chimichurri Sauce: Make a fresh sauce for your meal, perfect for adding lots of flavor without added salt.
Who Should Attend:
- Anyone interested in grilling or trying plant-forward cooking
- Home cooks of all skill levels
