The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Looking for lighter, yet still delicious, desserts for the holiday season? Join us for this hands-on cooking class where we will make desserts lower in sugar, sodium, and fat. These tasty treats will be a hit at any celebration!

What We'll Be Cooking:

• Airy Pumpkin Mousse with Zesty Cranberry Sauce: Learn how to make this fast & fluffy egg-free mousse with a low-sugar fresh cranberry sauce.
• Protein-Packed Peanut Butter-Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip: This smooth & satisfying dip is the perfect pair for seasonal apples & pears.
• Decadent Black Bean Brownies with Peppermint Crunch: Chocolate lovers will fall for this spin on a classic brownie with a candy cane crunch.

Each participant must be enrolled for the class ($6 is the cost for one participant). If you are registering multiple people, please include the names and ages of all attendees in your group.
