About this event
Description
This is the fourth class in a hands-on cooking series created specifically for individuals living with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). Presented by the UW Health Learning Kitchen, this virtual class will help you build confidence in kidney-friendly cooking, meal planning, and grocery shopping.
All age groups are welcome to register!
In this class, we will be demonstrating the following recipes:
- DIY Trail Mix
- No-Bake Energy Bites
- Homemade Hummus
- Hot Tisane with Citrus Peels
This class will take place as a virtual webinar. The link to join the webinar will be sent out to registered attendees at least one week before the event. We will be recording the webinar and sharing the recording with all registered attendees - you must register to receive the recording.
