The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!

Wish you could enjoy Thanksgiving flavors all season long and with minimal effort? Join us for this hands-on class with a focus on roasting - a low-prep method for great tasting meals! We will be roasting a Thanksgiving-flavored dinner perfect for any weeknight, as well as providing tips on cooking oils and cutting winter squashes.

What We'll Be Cooking:

• Savory Roasted Chicken OR Tofu (choose one in registration) with Potato & Brussels Sprouts Medley: Learn how to make a fast and flavorful sheet pan meal with tangy marinated chicken/tofu, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. All the Thanksgiving favorites on one pan!
• Zesty Lemon Vinaigrette Marinade: This versatile sauce can be used as a marinade or dressing!
• Tender Roasted Squash Rings: Learn how to safely cut a winter squash and roast for maximum flavor.
• Tangy Low-Sugar Cranberry Sauce: Making fresh cranberry sauce can be fast and easy! This sauce brings out the great sweet-tart flavor of seasonal cranberries with just a hint of maple syrup for sweetness.
