Aqua Combo is a refreshing and dynamic workout. This unique session blends the best of water-based exercises, including cardio, strength, and flexibility training, for a full-body workout. Choose the water depth that suits your comfort and fitness level. Challenge and invigorate yourself in a fun and supportive environment!

We suggest wearing aqua shoes for comfort and safety. Participants in this class must be independent and medically stable
