This warm water pool class offers a unique workout experience. Each week will focus on a different aqua format such as Aqua Ai Chi, Strength and Flexibility, Flow, and Aqua Core. Each class design will have a focus on low-impact, full-body engagement, in addition to relaxation exercises. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

We suggest wearing aqua shoes for comfort and safety. Participants in this class must be independent and medically stable.
